Leveraged the generic ("Dayton") brand and uploaded all pertinent products to the Grainger distributor site to allow Greenheck customers to purchase pre-configured stocked products online while preventing channel conflict.

  • Planning and Strategy: led discovery sessions and workshops to assess project value and priority.

  • Project Management: negotiated and managed all aspects of project scope, timeline, and budget with senior leadership.

  • User Experience (UX) Management: created all customer personas, customer journey maps, and sitemaps to drive stakeholder awareness and understanding of customer needs for this new line of business for Greenheck.

  • Product Merchandising: gathered all product imagery, weight, measures, pricing, features and benefits and compiled into a .CSV file for upload to the Grainger e-commerce site.

  • Project Accountability: reported regularly to the steering committee that drove alignment with Greenheck's third party network of independent sales reps to adopt this major change in our selling motion.

  • Site Analytics: led the monitoring and reporting of all product sales and site engagement associated with this distributor.

  • Task Management: prioritized all bug submissions, change orders, and enhancement requests to support the ongoing continuing site transformation, and then created and managed all associated web designer and web developer tasks and projects.
