NEW E-COMMERCE SITE: GREENHECK (U.S. ONLY)

Created, built, and launched a new e-commerce site for Greenheck to sell stocked ventilation products to U.S. service contractors and facilities teams. Included planning, design, development, production, and analysis, as well as the selection, implementation, and configuration of an e-commerce platform, SEO, and SEM.

  • Planning and Strategy: led discovery sessions and workshops to assess project value and priority.

  • Project Management: negotiated and managed all aspects of project scope, timeline, and budget with senior leadership.

  • User Experience (UX) Management: created all customer personas, customer journey maps, and sitemaps to drive stakeholder awareness and understanding of customer needs for this new line of business for Greenheck.

  • Web Content Management: managed the content creation process with key stakeholders for all web copy, images, videos, and PDF downloads.

  • Project Accountability: reported regularly to the steering committee that drove alignment with Greenheck's third party network of independent sales reps to adopt this major change in our selling motion.

  • People Management: led a team of two web designers and five web developers that selected, integrated, and configured the first-ever e-commerce platform for Greenheck, as well as the web API to ship data to and from the PIM and DAM solutions.

  • Web Analytics: created the account in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and configured all associated properties, views, initial custom reports, tags, and triggers.

  • Web Production: managed the overall site launch, domain name service (DNS), and security certificates.

  • Digital Marketing & Communications: managed the CPC display ads, email marketing, social media marketing.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): created the associated properties in Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools (organic search results), as well as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (paid search engine marketing).

  • Task Management: prioritized all bug submissions, change orders, and enhancement requests to support the ongoing continuing site transformation, and then created and managed all associated web designer and web developer tasks and projects.
