RE-DESIGN/RE-WRITE: 5TH AVENUE THEATRE
Redesigned the corporate website for the 5th Avenue Theatre, a non-profit musical theater venue that produces and presents shows in downtown Seattle. Included planning, design, development, production, administration, promotion, ongoing management, and analysis. Features a wide array of ticket purchasing options for both single ticket and season tickets.

Planning and Strategy: led discovery sessions and workshops to assess project value and priority.
Project Management: negotiated and managed all aspects of project scope, timeline, and budget with senior leadership.
User Experience (UX) Management: created all customer personas and customer journey maps to drive stakeholder awareness and understanding of the significant changes and expansion to the sitemap.
Web Content Management: managed the content creation process with key stakeholders for all web copy, images, and videos.
Project Accountability: reported regularly to the senior executives and board of directors to drive alignment with marketing, development, and customer service/box office
People Management: led a team of one web designer and two web developers that ensured compliance with the e-commerce platform, as well as integrating major enhancements to a wide variety of various features and functions.
Web Analytics: created the account in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and configured all associated properties, views, initial custom reports, tags, and triggers.
Web Production: managed the overall site launch, domain name service (DNS), and security certificates.
Digital Marketing & Communications: managed the CPC display ads, email marketing, social media marketing.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): created the associated properties in Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools (organic search results), as well as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (paid search engine marketing).
Task Management: prioritized all bug submissions, change orders, and enhancement requests to support the ongoing continuing site transformation, and then created and managed all associated web designer and web developer tasks and projects.
