RE-DESIGN: GREENHECK -- MY ACCOUNT SECTION

Launched a dramatically expanded My Account section on greenheck.com, tailored to providing personalized content, features, and functions to the third party network of independent mechanical sales reps. Includes a wealth of order management tools, product information, and account management options. Leverages role-based security to segment content by both rep firm and user-specific selections.

  • Planning and Strategy: led discovery sessions and workshops to assess project value and priority.

  • Project Management: negotiated and managed all aspects of project scope, timeline, and budget with senior leadership.

  • User Experience (UX) Management: created all customer personas, customer journey maps, and sitemaps to drive stakeholder awareness and understanding of how Greenheck customers, sales staff, and project influencers would effectively utilize this new site.

  • Web Content Management: managed the content creation process with key stakeholders for all web copy, images, and PDF downloads.

  • Project Accountability: reported regularly to the steering committee that drove alignment with Greenheck's business units, senior leaders, and the third party network of independent sales reps to adopt this new version of the corporate website.

  • People Management: led a team of one web designer and two web developers that configured, optimized, and extended the CMS for this site.

  • Staff Training: created all CMS documentation and led all content manager trainings and continuing ed. review sessions.

  • Web Production: managed the overall site launch, domain name service (DNS), and security certificates.

  • Digital Marketing & Communications: managed the CPC display ads, email marketing, social media marketing.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): created the associated properties in Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools (organic search results), as well as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (paid search engine marketing).

  • Task Management: prioritized all bug submissions, change orders, and enhancement requests to support the ongoing continuing site transformation, and then created and managed all associated web designer and web developer tasks and projects.
