NEW E-COMMERCE SITE: GREENHECK COMPANY STORE

Launched a new e-commerce website for the Greenheck Company Store, a brick and mortar retail shop that sells apparel to staff and sales reps supporting the Greenheck brand. Included planning, design, development, production, administration, promotion, and analysis. Leverages role-based security to keep the entire site confidential and personalize content by job function.

Planning and Strategy: led discovery sessions and workshops to assess project value and priority.
Project Management: negotiated and managed all aspects of project scope, timeline, and budget with senior leadership.
User Experience (UX) Management: created all customer personas, customer journey maps, and sitemaps to drive stakeholder awareness and understanding of customer needs for this new method of purchasing Greenheck merchandise and apparel (an expansion of the pre-existing brick and mortar retail presence).
Web Content Management: managed the content creation process with key stakeholders for all web copy, images, and PDF downloads.
Project Accountability: reported regularly to the steering committee that drove alignment with Greenheck's third party network of independent sales reps to adopt this new sales method.
People Management: led a team of one web designers and one web developer that integrated, and configured the e-commerce platform.
Web Analytics: created the account in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and configured all associated properties, views, initial custom reports, tags, and triggers.
Web Production: managed the overall site launch, domain name service (DNS), and security certificates.
Digital Marketing & Communications: managed the email marketing campaigns associated with the site launch.
Task Management: prioritized all bug submissions, change orders, and enhancement requests to support the ongoing continuing site transformation, and then created and managed all associated web designer and web developer tasks and projects.
